"Minecraft: Steve and Alex Adventures" Is a new show coming soon to Cartoon Network, about the lives of two average Minecraft players

A video game based cartoon series will be coming soon to Cartoon Network. Minecraft: Steve and Alex Adventures" will follow the life of the two default characters in the video game, Steve and Alex. The cartoon will be " Relatable to fans of the game, as Steve and Alex will go through the problems that the average player has, like falling in lava or getting blown up by creepers" says Jeb Bergenstein, lead designer of the video game and cartoon series. "We at Mojang Studios heard theories about a movie, but we think [the show] will capture the essence of Minecraft better," Other than the limited information Bergenstein has told reporters, not much is known about the plot.The show is to be written by Lamar Abrams, who previously worked on other CN shows such as "Craig of the Creek", "O.K K.O!", and "Steven Universe". The two titular characters will be voiced by Olivia Olsen (Alex), who has lent her voice to Marceline in Emmy Award-winning Show "Adventure Time" and Graham Taylor (Steve), who had minor roles in "Into The Dark", "The Young and the Restless" and voices a main character in popular cartoon webseries "Battle for Dream Island".CN has not yet officially confirmed a release date, but rumors say that the show could start airing in early 2021.
