ROBLOX developer known as "Baumz" in game is being sued $500,000 for repeated copyright

Joseph Baumgratz, known as Baumz in game is facing charges from the DMCA corporation. His game HCBB 9v9 has been deleted once, with a warning issued. Joseph then went on to create another game removing the team names that he was being copyrighted for. Joseph still decided to leave the names of MLB players in his game, and is now going to be sued by the Los Angeles Dodgers, Angels, and the New York Yankees for using the names of their players. Shoehi Ohtani and Aaron Judge are also pressing charges.
